Terms and Conditions – Jeet Bus Online Betting Platform Pakistan

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jeet Bus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Jeet Bus ("Jeet Bus", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online betting and gaming platform at jeetbus.im. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with Jeet Bus, including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, betting, casino gaming, bonus participation, and use of the website and any mobile-optimised interface.

By registering an account with Jeet Bus or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been updated, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or place any bets at Jeet Bus.

Jeet Bus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. We will notify active players of material changes via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of Jeet Bus after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access betting markets, live casino tables, and promotional offers at Jeet Bus, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

• You may hold only one Jeet Bus account. If we identify duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all but one account and to review any bets or transactions associated with the duplicates.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials.
• Your account password is your responsibility. Jeet Bus will never ask you to share it. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication from your security settings.
• You must notify Jeet Bus immediately at support@jeetbus.im if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Jeet Bus may, at any time and at our sole discretion, request identity verification documentation — including CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, applied against any remaining balance, in accordance with our dormant account policy.

3. Eligibility

You may only use Jeet Bus if you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Jeet Bus is strictly an 18+ platform. We use age verification during registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any point.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Jeet Bus complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Jeet Bus employee where your access could create a conflict of interest.
• You have not been excluded from Jeet Bus by self-exclusion, operator exclusion, or any other restriction that remains in effect.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at Jeet Bus are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200.
• Deposits credited to your Jeet Bus account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, allow up to 15 minutes and contact support if the issue persists.
• Jeet Bus does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method you use must be registered in your own name.
• Jeet Bus reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source as part of standard anti-money-laundering procedures.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, supporting documentation may be required.
• Jeet Bus will process withdrawal requests as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 5–15 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay within 30 minutes; IBFT bank transfer within the same business day; Visa/Mastercard within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• All active bonus balances must be cleared or forfeited before a withdrawal request can be processed against real-money funds.
• Jeet Bus reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• VIP Club members at Platinum and Diamond tier receive expedited withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity at Jeet Bus, including but not limited to cricket, PSL, football, and esports markets.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Market odds may change between the time you select a bet and the time you submit it — the confirmed odds shown on your bet receipt are the final binding odds for that bet.
• Minimum stake for a single bet: Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip.
• Jeet Bus reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, restrict access to specific markets, or set maximum winnings for any individual player or market at our discretion and without prior notice.
• Bets placed in error (wrong match, wrong market, obvious typographical error in odds) may be voided by Jeet Bus. In cases where palpable errors in odds are identified post-bet placement, affected bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided, and Jeet Bus will notify the player accordingly.
• Postponed or abandoned events: If a match is postponed before it starts, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after starting, settlement follows our event-specific rules which reflect standard industry practice and the official competition ruling.
• In-play bets: Jeet Bus may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match — for example during goal kicks, corners, or other expected stoppages. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be queued and confirmed or voided depending on whether the market is re-opened at a compatible price.
• Accumulator bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to return. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Jeet Bus offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms displayed at the time of the offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The required wagering multiple and eligible games or markets for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Do not accept a bonus without reading and understanding its wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances within your Jeet Bus account. Real-money funds are used first in all bets. Bonus funds become active only when your real-money balance reaches zero (subject to bonus-specific rules).
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Jeet Bus reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend the terms of an active bonus with notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where abuse or violation of these Terms is suspected.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Jeet Bus accounts only and may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Free bets and no-deposit bonuses are subject to maximum winnings caps as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Jeet Bus reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and void associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: placing low-risk arbitrage bets to meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions.

7. Live Casino Specific Rules

The following additional rules apply to all live casino games at Jeet Bus, including but not limited to Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and Teen Patti.

• Live casino games are operated by third-party licensed studios. The rules of each game are governed by the studio's own published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• If a player disconnects during a live casino hand or round, the bet already placed will be settled according to the game outcome. Jeet Bus is not responsible for connection failures on the player's end.
• In the event of a studio technical failure that prevents a game round from being completed fairly, the affected round will be voided and all player stakes returned.
• Chat functions available within live casino games are subject to Jeet Bus community guidelines. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate chat will result in chat access being suspended or permanently removed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each live table are displayed within the game lobby and updated from time to time. VIP table access is governed by VIP Club tier membership terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Jeet Bus. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using Jeet Bus to deposit, move, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means is prohibited. Jeet Bus complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Match fixing and integrity offences: Placing bets with knowledge of manipulated match outcomes is a serious offence. Jeet Bus cooperates with sports governing bodies and law enforcement on integrity investigations and will report suspicious betting patterns.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to extract value from Jeet Bus promotions through technically compliant but commercially exploitative behaviour — including arbitrage, matched betting strategies, or coordinated multi-account activity — is prohibited.
• Account sharing or third-party betting: Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing your account to be operated by a third party, is prohibited.
• Automated betting tools: Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets at Jeet Bus is prohibited. Accounts where such activity is detected will be suspended.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback with your bank or payment provider against a Jeet Bus transaction is treated as a breach of these Terms. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation and may be closed with funds withheld.

9. Responsible Gaming

Jeet Bus takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. Betting and gaming should be an enjoyable activity conducted within limits you are comfortable with. We provide a full suite of tools to help every player maintain healthy gaming habits.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period. Once reached, further bet placement is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session reminders: Set time-based alerts that notify you of how long you have been active in a single session.
• Cooling-off: Take a break for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which your account is temporarily suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from Jeet Bus. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Privacy and Data

Jeet Bus collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfil legal obligations. • Jeet Bus uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and relevant authorities only as required to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations.
• You may request a copy of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting support@jeetbus.im.

11. Limitation of Liability

Jeet Bus provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

• Jeet Bus is not liable for losses caused by interruption of service, provided that any bets already placed at the time of interruption are settled according to their final outcomes once service is restored.
• Jeet Bus is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own errors — including but not limited to bets placed on wrong markets, incorrect stake amounts, or failure to read odds correctly.
• Our total liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Jeet Bus liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Jeet Bus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, Jeet Bus will provide at least 14 days' notice via the email address on your account before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Jeet Bus after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using Jeet Bus and contact support to close your account. Any outstanding balance will be returned to you minus any applicable fees.
